Insurance & Payments

We accept assignment of benefits from all PPO insurance plans and file to the insurance company on behalf of the patient. HMO/DMO plans are neither filed nor accepted. Contact our office to verify acceptance of your individual plan. We work hard to help the patient understand their dental benefits, however, it is the patient’s responsibility to know their plan.
